Comment

Hawkeye is someone we do not appreciate enough. In this show, we get to see a lot of Clint Barton, a lot of his potential.

Kate Bishop and Clint Barton’s partnership is something that we need. Kate looked up to Clint so much, it is very relatable. Their seemingly unlikely bond brings out the best in each of them.

Hailee Steinfeld fits the role perfectly and Jeremy Renner… do not even get me started on him.. he is amazing. And Alaqua Cox? She’s such a badass.

We get to see so many surprises of recurring characters from multiple Marvel shows before this one that play huge impacts on the storyline.

One of the surprises in the show is obvious if you follow the MCU timeline (particularly if you watch Black Widow’s post-credits scene)… yes, you guessed it: YELENA’S BACK!

Florence Pugh’s performance in Black Widow is remarkable and we get to see more of Yelena Belova in this show which is very much fantastic.

The ending is somewhat of a cliffhanger. Yes, the problem Clint Barton had from the beginning seemed like it came to an end but we do not get a definitive answer on the fate of particular characters (something we should not be surprised about because come on…it’s Marvel).

There are certain parts of the show where it felt a little rushed which is why I think it should have been longer. But overall, the show is full of everything. This whole show to me seems like a tribute to Natasha Romanoff which is delightful since we never get to see Nat’s funeral onscreen. She was a major character and even gone, she had a great impact on a lot of people.
